Welcome

A warm welcome to all Sailors and Parents from around New Zealand and overseas.

Murrays Bay Sailing Club is looking forward to meeting you all and we are excited to be hosting one of New Zealand's premier regattas, the Toyota Optimist National Championship 2019, for both Green and Open fleets.

Murrays Bay consistently offers some of the worlds best sailing conditions so no doubt the racing will be fierce out on the water. However, the hospitality and our friendly members will ensure you are well looked after both on and off the water.
We expect a very large number of competitors for the event with some 300 boats being expected.

Entry Fees:

Open Fleet Sailor: $195 NZD

Green Fleet Sailor: $125 NZD

Discount for each additional sibling from the same family: $25 NZD

NZIODA

The Toyota Optimist National Championship 2019 is organised by Murrays Bay Sailing Club, in association with NZIODA.

At the completion of the regatta, NZIODA will invite qualifying sailors to traveling teams to international regattas.
