Once your membership has been approved you will be emailed an invoice with payment instructions.

If you are an Out of Town Guest, Junior Member ½ Season or Additional Junior members from same family the appropriate fees will be applied to your Junior membership.

REFUNDS POLICY

In general, refunds are not given. However, in exceptional circumstances a partial refund may be considered. Anyone wishing to receive a refund should write, outlining the special circumstances and this will be considered by the General Committee at its next monthly meeting.

Regardless of any amount refunded, an administration fee of $50 will be retained to compensate the club for the costs incurred.
